Apple Watch not connecting!

Seems a very common problem! My Apple Watch won't connect although the plan is showing as O2, there is no connection. This has been months now and nothing I have been advised to do has worked. Please can someone advise how to fix this?

No signal

My 02 signal has been down since Monday 15th April and it is now the 18th - please advise when mast will be repaired! a refund would be appropriate after no signal for going on 4 days and it isn’t the first time!
